Tourism Authority of Thailand has promoted tourism for ASEAN
Confederation of Thai Journalists (CTJ) and Lao Journalists Association (LJA), two of members of Confederation of AESAN Journalists (CAJ) mark Thailand and Laos Tourism Year with “CTJ – LJA Working Visit Program”, inviting ASEAN Countries and China to learn how to identify angles in tourism stories from 17-26 June 2018.
Mr.Damrit Viriyakul, secretary of CAJ, said this Working Visit Program is part of the activities under the Action Plan adopted by the Confederation of ASEAN Journalists at its 19th General Assembly held in Bangkok early this year and are aimed at fostering closer cooperation among journalists and creating better understanding among the people in the region.
CTJ – LJA Working Visit Program, inviting journalists from ASEAN Countries and China to promote experience diverse scenes of tourism in many forms such as Community and Cultural Tourism, Environmental or Eco-Tourism in Thailand and Laos.
This Working Visit Program is has open in Open Ceremony Confederation of Thai Journalists - Lao Journalists Association Working Visit Program on 18th June 2018, ASIA HOTEL, Bangkok Thailand and are honored by Mr. Weerasak Kowsurat, minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand for welcome speech. After that, journalists are going to visit and learn unique history and culture in Bangkok, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, Nong Khai province and Udon Thani province.
CTJ – LJA Working Visit Program is sponsored by Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai AirAsia, Ch. Karnchang Public Company, Bangkok Airways, and Asia Hotel Bangkok.
